1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between taya000 ("taya000," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the User," or "the Player") who accesses, registers with, or uses the taya000 online gaming platform available at taya000.app and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the taya000 registration process, clicking "I Agree," accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on taya000, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any details change. taya000 may require you to re-verify your identity at any time, particularly in connection with withdrawal requests or account security reviews.

• One Account Rule: Each individual may register and maintain only one taya000 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

taya000 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. De bit card deposits are also accepted where supported by your issuing bank.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount at taya000 is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available to fully verified accounts only. You must complete the taya000 KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before your first withdrawal request will be processed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

taya000 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived solely from it.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your taya000 account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in cancellation of all active bonuses.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the taya000 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• RNG Certification: All taya000 random number generator (RNG) games use independently certified RNG technology. Game outcomes are determined by certified algorithms and are not influenced by taya000 or any third party.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya000 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with taya000 games or systems;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the taya000 platform;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud;
• Attempting to launder money or use taya000 for any illegal financial activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Accessing taya000 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your taya000 account by any third party;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the taya000 platform or the experience of other players.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

taya000 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider;
• A player's request for self-exclusion under taya000's Responsible Gaming program;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of an account for cause, taya000 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your taya000 account at any time by contacting the taya000 support team. Closure requests are subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and withdrawal processing.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taya000 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

taya000's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your taya000 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

taya000 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. taya000 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude taya000's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

In the event of a dispute between you and taya000, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting taya000 support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
